At GameStop, you can download Jirachi at GameStop through March 13. This Jirachi, once put on HG/SS will unlock a special PokeWalker area.

I first found mention of this news here, which is for a chance to get a Jirachi from GameStop.
It's available via the Mysterious Gift option once you get to their stores, in case you're wondering how it's obtained. Just make sure you have at least one slot open in your party before you try to get it, though. I wrote a blog entry here detailing just how I was able to obtain a copy of Jirachi for myself earlier tonight, and for the most part, it went rather well!  It'll be integral once it's sent to the Pokéwalker, in order to unlock a special course for it, entitled Edge of the Night's Sky. ~ latiasfan2004
